Username & Password needed for local url

I've just updated to VRS 2.2. All went well except when I try to open http://127.0.0.1/VirtualRadar from the front screen I get prompted for a username and password. This didn't happen with the previous version. It is the same with 192.168.1.65/VirtualRadar. What am I missing? Thanks. ps I did get a...

Re: Discarded bytes

It was BaseStation in the above graph. I've since swapped to Compressed VRS as suggested by Jon. The throughput has dropped to about a tenth (2 to 3 KB/s)

I'm still looking at the amount of data uploaded to VRS and FR24 so will report back shortly.

Re: Discarded bytes

Happy New Year to everyone. :D :D :D I've done a bit more investigation. I have upped the max message age to 6 seconds but the buffering still happens. I've installed a free network analyser (Networx) which gives stats for uploading and downloading speeds and volumes and looked at the figures for th...

Re: Feeding Planeplotter from VRS

I'm currently feeding FR24 with a rebroadcast server on port 33003. I don't have Plane Plotter installed but would like to feed Flightaware. My version of VRS is 2.1.0.4281
Windows 7 laptop.
Is this possible?

Discarded bytes

I'm feeding VRS-World and FR24. The stats show that I get no discarded bytes at all with FR24 but with VRS-World they rack up at about 10 million per hour. I upload data from my weather station every 10 minutes and whilst this is happening the buffered bytes rises to 150,000 on both feeds but VRS-Wo...

Re: ICAO25 code 300434

CharlieAlpha, where are you based? I'm in South Oxfordshire and it was 1750 feet when I spotted it. I wonder if it was heading to/coming from Benson aerodrome?

ICAO25 code 300434

Just spotted this on my system but not able to find any data. I know it's Italian but that's all.

Anyone know what it is?
