I had the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus. If you use the Samsung Flow app to mirror the phone screen on a PC you can setup lists using the mouse. Not ideal but a viable workaround and once setup as you'd like it doesn't need to be done again.

Not sure what happened there I must have installed the wrong one although I could have sworn it was the one from the PreviewV3 page.
Deleted the plugin folder first before installing DBWBeta3 just to be sure.
