Re: light aircrafts not visible on map

Hello Fabian, it sounds like the small aircraft aren't transmitting their full location only their callsign, squawk and altitude. That's why they will appear on the list and not on the map. To work out their location you'll need to MLAT or Multi-LATerate them using a series of receivers. Whereabouts...

Re: Odd Google Maps API key behaviour

Yes indeed Andrew, thanks for your help identifying it.

Just need to try and work out why the code throws up that error.

Odd Google Maps API key behaviour

I've set up a public test server on running on Windows and I'm seeing odd behaviour with the Google Maps API key. If I put the key into the Tools > Web site > Google Maps API key field, save and then restart VRS the key isn't picked up. Looking in the Chome web developer console I get a MissingMapKe...

Re: 27th Oct 2016 SVG graphics and .NET 4.6

Hi Andrew, I've just installed the x64 version on a Windows Server 2012 R2 machine with all the plugins but after restarting VRS none of the plugins show up in the Tools > Plugins dialogue box.

The 32-bit version woks fine which is odd.

Re: Firefox 46.0 breaks menu button...

I'm seeing this also. It's only happened after upgrading to the latest version of Firefox on Windows. Not sure about other platforms.

The short term solution is to revert back to an older version:

Re: Place image over map

I'm a little confused - when setting up Custom Content it points to the index.html file. Should this not be desktop.html or mobile.html ? I'd like to have different content depending on the device that the user is using to view my site. In this case, a narrow but taller div for mobile devices and a ...

Re: Merged feeds - display which receiver sees which aircraf

That would make sense although wouldn't allow a second receiver with a stronger signal to be shown. As you say, agw sounds like the man who would know !

Re: Merged feeds - display which receiver sees which aircraf

Brilliant Terry, thank you for that. From that menu I've also managed to get rid of the some of the columns that I didn't want too :-) So if only one receiver is shown in the merged feed but two or more receivers are actually picking up the aircraft, how does VRS know which receiver to list ? Is it ...

Re: Merged feeds - display which receiver sees which aircraf

Thanks for the replies guys. Multiple tabs, although a work around, wouldn't work in my case as I'm running VRS on an ancient computer and the more tabs I have open the slooooower it gets. Really must update to something more powerful at some point ! @agw - not quite sure I understand you. In Option...
