I was referring to the "downstream" option as described in your "Feed Live Data to your own VRS Installation" section. These feeds are defined in JSON and I was curious if they could be turned to Compressed VRS to save on bandwidth.
Thanks.

Re: ADSB Exchange API
@dsfh2992,
Really great site that you are providing. I was wondering if I could feed my VRS using a "Compressed VRS" format connection from ADSBExchange rather than JSON to save on bandwidth. Or would that add to the CPU load on your side ?
Thanks

Re: Database - SQLite migration to mySQL?
If you want to just create a copy of the SQLite data it's pretty easy. It comes down doing an export to a csv file from Sqlite and then importing that data into mySQL. I can send you more details if that approach seems feasible to you.

Re: Database - SQLite migration to mySQL?
If you're handy with scripting etc., take a look at my project on Github. https://github.com/drencken/VRS-flights-db This borrows heavily from Andy Hill's work as published here : https://github.com/ProHill/VRS-flights-db I have made this work all on a single Linux box where VRS and MySQL are co-res...

Re: FlightAware MLAT restrictions
The tilde shows up in the ICAO column in Reports for example. So it seems to save this in the database.

High altitude bug
I am tracking a high altitude balloon (Google "loon") that the ADSB dongle is reporting at 62200 feet. The VRS trail shows it in the red color which is correct for high altitude craft but the label shows "GND". Maybe a bug ?

Re: FlightAware MLAT restrictions
Hi,
I'm seeing VRS now showing ICAO codes that start with the ~ character. Is this the result of the obfuscated codes that FA is now sending?

Timestamps in aircraft detail lookup log in Web Admin
In the Aircraft Detail Lookup Log presented via the Web Admin plugin, the timestamps all seem to be GMT+1 (local time). Is there a way to have the times shown in my local timezone ?
Thanks
Thanks

Timestamp on Web Admin plugin
Hi
I downloaded the Web Admin plugin for Linux today which is labeled with a May 22nd timestamp. After download, the file though has a May 12th timestamp. Is the latest version posted for upload ?
Thx.
