Re: Forever Trail

In TOOLS - OPTIONS - GENERAL - check your "remove from tracking" time settings this would be the most likely culprit. also check you haven't clicked is this "acars satcom feed" for given ADS-B receiver/s as JAERO "remove from tracking" is set for longer tracking time.

Re: certain planes not showing on vrs

Not all aircraft use full ADS-B which transmit their location, Some of these aircraft you cannot see are most likely using Mode S transponders or other types of transponders (depending on the aircraft) and are tracked using MLAT (multilateration) a method of tracking aircraft via a number of ground ...

How can I add a bit more tinting to the maps to make it less contrasting and where can I find and change the tint % to dull it d...

Re: Number of tracking aircraft vs aircraft seen

Most common (depending on where you are) is the aircraft you don't see are likely to be Mode S (MLAT tracked aircraft) that don't transmit position data, only ADS-B equipped aircraft will be seen, to see MLAT (positionless data) aircraft you need to either set up a MLAT client and join / send data t...

Re: Dropping Google Maps

Great work as usual, one question, is there a straight forward away of adding the map tile server option bar that can be selected for the web browser "like on google maps where you can choose maps, satellite or contrast" or is it not a practical option to fit in?
