Re: PlaneAlerter 2.0

I think I figured it out - case sensitive. D’oh. I changed virtualradar to VirtualRadar in my URL in settings and the error went away.

Re: PlaneAlerter 2.0

Just came here with a quick question and I see I’m a version behind, heh. I think my question is silly but I’ll ask anyway. Everything’s working perfectly, it’s just that I’m getting a “WARNING: Radar URL must end with /VirtualRadar/ for report links to work” message in the status. I used to end my ...

Re: Suppressing specific Mode-S

Oh ok thanks. This was a case of me sort of fumbling through it until it worked. Glad that wasn’t required. That said it’s sort of neat to be able to see the reports and stats in a format outside VRS I guess

Re: Suppressing specific Mode-S

And it worked perfectly thanks again. Just for my own future reference I needed to install the Feed Filter, enable it, and install the WebAdmin plugin. I then added a user as an administrator in VRS itself to be able to login to the Feed filter. I added ADF7C9 and ADF8E6, one on each line in the Fee...

Suppressing specific Mode-S

Can this be done? There’s a few that are always in my list, for example ADF7C9 and ADF8E6. I was able to suppress Call Sign TEST1234 with a filter but there isn’t space to add more than one code to the ICAO filter. Can specific Mode S codes be hidden somehow? Thanks!

Re: PlaneAlerter 2.0

I just decided to try out the Ignore Following Conditions checkbox (I have alerts for a military takeoff at our airport and am trying to prevent follow up alerts to that) but it won’t stay checked. I tried on 2.0.5 and 2.0.6 but if I save and close an alert in the editor the check mark is cleared wh...

Chevron on plane information pane

Been meaning to ask this since I got VRS working a couple years ago but it’s been slipping my mind - does anyone know what the small black chevron/bracket that’s displayed on the top part of the plane information pane means? I’d think it was heading however two planes with similar headings can have ...

Re: Updating aircraft names

Thanks for that I've done just that. The updates seem to be sticking and not being overwritten I think - they had our CP-140 Auroras as "Orion CP-140" and I detect those regularly, in spite of that my changes for those have stuck. Thanks for the reply!
