Re: Adding a new route with callsign different to airline code

Thanks for the detailed explanation, Andrew, that's very helpful for me to understand what's happening when I search for a flight and route.

Re: Adding a new route with callsign different to airline code

I have a similar issue with two commercial airlines. Caribbean sometimes prefix their callsigns with BWA, and sometimes just BW is used. Cubana sometimes uses CUB and sometimes just CU. I can't add the BW and CU routes because the form automatically assigns BWA and CUB. The result is a number of unk...

Re: Exporting receiver range data

What version of VRS are you using? I ask because I don't have a SavedPlots file or directory.

Exporting receiver range data

Is there any way of exporting the range data out of VRS2? I've looked at all the files and the .sqb files but can't seem to locate where the range data is stored.

Thanks,

Rob

Re: Getting uPnP to work

Fixed.

Problem was that the Windows Firewall on the PC running VRS had become active for public networks. Don't ask me how that happened since I never even touched that machine except to reboot it following the router upgrade.

Re: Getting uPnP to work

Had everything running perfectly for a very long time but yesterday was forced to update my router to a new model. I went with the DLink DIR-820L, which supports UPnP and has it enabled. VRS is now telling me it can't find a router on the network that supports UPnP and I can no longer connect to the...

Re: Bugs in 2.0.0

The filename has to be the same as the ICAO or the registration, having a name that starts with a registration or ICAO isn't enough. So rather than C-FTWJ_128.jpg it has to be C-FTWJ.jpg. There are mass renamers that can remove the trailing portion of a filename if you have tons of them that need c...

Re: Bugs in 2.0.0

Thanks, gyzmok. Nice range you've got there! I've tried this again and managed to get one picture to appear despite several aircraft in the list having pictures available. As you can see in the attached screenshot, C-FTWJ has a picture available but it is not displaying in the list, nor does it disp...
