Re: Missing zoom function on small map

If you upload the screenshot to imgur and link it here then that'd be handy.

I don't recollect changing anything to do with the zoom buttons for either Google Maps or Leaflet. But if you can show me an example then I can take a look at it.

Re: Mono 5.16 seems to have a problem with VRS 3.0.0 Beta

There is a possibility of moving version 3 over to .NET Core which basically ships the bits of .NET that the program uses with the program itself. It's cross platform for Windows, Linux and OSX. However, it doesn't include any graphics stuff so I would need to rewrite those bits and I would need a p...

Re: Error during Initial build from source code

TypeScript adds strong types to JavaScript: https://www.typescriptlang.org/ I just tried cloning the git repository for the master branch into a new folder and then building it from scratch. It's building fine for me. This is what I did: 1. Opened a DOS prompt. 2. md vrs-test-build 3. cd vrs-test-bu...

Re: aircraft information window flashes

I think it's a bug in the marker clusterer, there are similar issues posted against it for popups flashing when you move a marker's position.

For the time being I've disabled the marker clustering, I'll be releasing another preview soon with it gone.

Re: Can anybody help

Direct all your complaints to VRS forum and get the dev to fix it. VRS was not designed to serve 1000's of requests a second. There's 30 servers to handle that Web UI. That's a bit cheeky of them if true. But the statement is correct, VRS is not designed to serve thousands of requests per second. I...

Re: Multiple Op Codes but only one instance shows in list

VRS tells the browser to cache operator logos for a few hours to save being repeatedly asked for the same image over and over again. If there is no logo for a given operator code then when the browser asks for (e.g.) STK.png it'll be sent back a transparent 85x20 rectangle. That gets cached by the b...

Re: Mono 5.16 seems to have a problem with VRS 3.0.0 Beta

I don't build against any mono version, old or new. I build against the common language runtime that mono has to implement correctly. If a particular version of mono isn't implementing the runtime correctly then there isn't much that I can do. You might be able to work around the System.Windows.Form...

Re: Aircraft Symbol - Change Dependent on Altitude

VRS.Altitude is just a type declaration somewhere - altitude itself is a number, so you would do: matches: function (aircraft) { return aircraft.altitude.val > 5000; } You should also avoid copying files into the installation folder. There won't be a checksum for that file so I don't think VRS will ...

Re: please help with filters for arrival/departures

As I said before, VRS isn't clever enough to be able to tell what stage of the flight an aircraft is at. It could pick the closest airport but in a 3+ stop route it can't tell if you are arriving at or departing from any airport that isn't at the start or end of the route. If the route is LHR - SNN ...
