Re: Unhandled Exception Caught

what type of video card do you run ? could be a driver issue trying to do something funky.

Also, an anti-virus scan cant hurt, corrupt files are an indication of a bad disk / bad memory or even a virus

Then again, I'm not the dev on VRS so i'm just taking a stab in the dark ;)

Re: European Shared feeds

are you looking for Dump1090 or compressed VRS streams ?

I can push a stream out to you using Dump1090 on an extra pi

P.S.
I also have a full updated set of silhouettes available if you want them....

If your friend is/or has pull for the writer of dump1090, please point him to this pull request:
https://github.com/antirez/dump1090/pull/50

Speed ups for pi are most welcome in heavy use area's :)

Thanks again

Re: UK Shared feeds

Question, I'm running currently a SBS-1e in parallel with a pi and Dump1090, what do other people use as start-up parameters ? Setup: Pi with R820T/RTL2832U connected to external antenna on a high roof in a busy area (EHVB/EHRD/EHAM close by) I'm using the parameters below: ./dump1090 --quiet --net ...

Re: PlanePlotter feeding VRS Installation Guide

Planeplotter will forward only local traffic (ie the stuff you receive yourself) so there is no point to push traffic from planeplotter to VRS

Re: [STICKY] BaseStation.sqb

@Jester: I did try AD Lite, but without success. Will it be possible to write some small how-to about updating VRS BaseStation.sqb with AD Lite please? I though it was posted before, however, its pretty simple, you tell VRS where your basestation.sqb is in the setup, then you download and install t...
