Fresh install on Linux Mint using the tarball, including an install of Mono and the VirtualRadar.exe.config file. X11 was already present as installed with the Mint distro.

If I try to start VRS without plugins present with "mono VirtualRadar.exe" it tries to form a GUI but quits before it ever materializes. Same result when invoking with sudo. Nothing of substance appears in the log:

Code: Select all

[2019-01-09 21:24:55.255 UTC] [t4] Program started, version 2.4.2.29243, build date 6/16/2018 3:14:46 PM UTC
[2019-01-09 21:24:55.256 UTC] [t4] Working folder /home/mint/.local/share/VirtualRadar

If I install the Plugins and try to start using the -nogui switch, the following errors appear in the log.

I do not know if these are two separate problems. I should mention that Mono had many missing packages and I cannot exclude the possibility of more. Any help would be appreciated.
