issues on osx

Are you having trouble getting Virtual Radar Server installed and running? If so then this is the place to ask about it.

No, the address you're using is a private local network address. If you want to access the feed from the public Internet then you will need to set up port forwarding on your router to the machine that has the feed and the port that the feed is on.

New Issue Here.

I am a newbie to VRS

Mac OS: 10.12.1
Mono: 4.6.2.7
X11: 2.7.11

After "struggles" I was able to get VRS to run. Went to the options page to start configuring the receiver and page is flashing on and off, and the cursor is very, very sluggish. Something is not right. I have searched and have not seen any other indications.

I am starting Xquartz, then at the command line: mono VirtualRadar.exe
I get the VRS icon and then GUI
I select tools, then options
Within moments of loading, the entire window starts flashing, several times a second.
Don't mind the flashing too much, but am unable to configure anything. That is the problem.

Any help, ideas, suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I also have the "flashing" problem, but it is caused due to incompatibility of Xquartz. We cannot do anything about this , unless Xquartz company , release an update that fix that issue..

But , you can change any options through web browser as well :) , if you don't know how to set up the Web Browser , tell me to give you further information.

Hope i can help you
