VRS issues since last windows update

There may be an issue, that is currently mentioned in the installation problem area, that might indicate that the last windows update (I am operating Windows 11) has busted VRS.

Solved, solved, solved and fixed. And fixed by the organisation that broke it. Just did a windows 11 update which included KB5013628 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11. When I saw that and the update installed with out issue, after rebooting I started VRS, there was no error message appearing, the system appeared to be detecting planes and more importantly, the VRS map started up as normal.

Windows broke it, obviously had input re the previous .NET framework breaking things and have fixed the issue.
