Editable squawk alert list

The "to-do" list for Virtual Radar Server is as long as my arm, but if you want to pile more work onto it then this is for you.

Hi Andrew,

Would it be possible to make the the squawk alert list editable.

Here in Holland for example the squawk for QRA is 1313/1314 so if they are in the air it would be nice to get them to the top of the list and red would be nice even.
