Where do these VRS Plugins reside or is it a secret?

I'll not go on about being new here, I am but, that's not my subject for today.

I've read through everything I can find here that might lead me to find these plugins and how to get them to work along with the VRS. Perhaps I haven't looked for the right answer by not knowing what question I need to ask or search on. Perhaps its a secret , I dunno but I've got to plea for some direction here.

The Temecula, CA site (http://thebaldgeek.net:2277/virtualradar/desktop.html#) is quite impressive, I'm guessing he's hosting several other servers but, I dunno.

Thing is, he's got a Menu feature on his server that allows a visitor to select 'Receiver' and 'Receiver Range' and that's impressive. It's what I'm after in that it shows a mapped perspective of a users theoretic coverage and I'd like to be able to use that to print the results of various antenna and antenna locations I around my house and that's the tool that would help.

Could one of you fine forum gurus direct me to the proper question to ask about where to find various VRS Plugins?

TIA
Tom - WA2SEA

To have a receivers range or more so aircraft received at given alt from receivers location, click tools, options, receiver locations - click on the green plus to add a receiver location - enter name receiver - enter Lat Lon in decimal degrees DDD.DDDDDD NOTE if you are in the southern hemisphere / western meridian be sure to put a negative - in front of the Lat or Lon, once entered click on the relevant receiver you want to add the location too, click location drop box and select the relevant receiver location you created and click OK, on the web page - menu - receiver rage and select desired ranges, if all done right you will see the range start appearing as aircraft are being tracked and grow in size as time goes by.

If you are unsure on how to get your location coordinates Google Earth is one easy method to find out, just make sure you choose coordinates in decimal degrees, there are other options to find coordinates just use your search engine of choise.

The standard plugins can be downloaded from the download page on the site:

http://www.virtualradarserver.co.uk/Download.aspx

However, as Radio Active points out, the receiver range stuff is not a feature added by a plugin. It is a part of the stock program.

You only see receiver range when you tell the program where your receiver is, hence why you need to supply a receiver location.
