Database writer enabled but not updating the database

I installed 2.2 over the weekend. With 2.1 I got a database writer error and fixed by going back to 2.0. I am getting the same error with 2.2 as I did with 2.1. The message says that the Database write is "enabled but not updating database." On the line below, it states "Exception caught: Disk I/O error." I am not able to figure out where the error is coming from.

Thank you for your help.

Scott

The "Disk I/O Error" message is coming out of SQLite, it's its catch-all message to say that the file is corrupt.

If you're feeling up to it then I have a utility that will correct most kinds of corruption automatically, you can download the installer for it from here:

http://www.virtualradarserver.co.uk/Fil ... rSetup.exe

Otherwise feel free to compress your BaseStation.sqb, upload it to a file sharing site and PM or email me the address, and I'll take a look at it.

Thanks for the help. I tried the program. Ultimately, it failed. I will just go back t 2.0 which seems to work fine.

2.3.0 seems to be working. Occasionally, it produces different errors, but the database keeps being updated.

Thank you,
