Running SBS-1e/SBS-1er Without Basestation on Linux/Win/RPi

Holy crap !

I just tried this and it works, i'm running this in test right now on win64 without basestation and moving this to a pi soon.

In a nutshell this util modesmixer2 connects DIRECTLY to your SBS-1e/SBS-1er on port 10001, decodes it somehow and can rebroadcast in a number of formats.
On top, it can add another stream, so you can run SBS-1e and 2x RTL, combine it in one beast stream and push to VRS or even back to basestation for updating your database.
