Analyzing basestation.sqb

Post by Tom » Thu Jul 12, 2018 6:54 pm

Hi,

I am working on a statistical analysis of the basestation file. While most data are easy to identify, there are some parameters from the reports that I cannot find in the database.
Most importantly, where do I find the species and civ/mil data?
How do I identify the operator of a flight?
What is the definition of "country"? Where the aircraft is registered?

Thanks
Thomas

Will be derived from the ICAO codeblock. http://www.virtualradarserver.co.uk/Fli ... ock-lookup

Join with FlightNumbers.csv http://www.virtualradarserver.co.uk/Fli ... #csv-files | keep it up to date here: https://sdm.virtualradarserver.co.uk/Edit/Route

In which ICAO country codeblock the aircraft belongs.

No wonder I couldn't find the information when it is in a different database.

Thanks for the fast reply. I will give it a try.
