Exporting receiver range data

Post by sonicgoose » Mon Nov 03, 2014 1:00 am

Is there any way of exporting the range data out of VRS2? I've looked at all the files and the .sqb files but can't seem to locate where the range data is stored.

Thanks,

Rob

Looks to be in C:\Users\"logonName"\AppData\Local\VirtualRadar\SavedPlots as an XML file.

What version of VRS are you using? I ask because I don't have a SavedPlots file or directory.

Hi Rob

It is a beta version of 2.0.3 that VRS World has been allowed to test for Andrew.

If you would like a copy, drop me a PM.

Best wishes

Ahaa.... That possibly explains why my range plots remain after a VRS shutdown and restart! They didn't used to.... :-)

I should note that I've changed the feature since that preview was sent out, in the release version the saved plots will be JSON files rather than XML files. Which does mean that when it FINALLY gets released I'm afraid you'll lose your plots again, the XML files won't be loaded. Hopefully that'll be the last time that they get lost though.
