Once you have filled out the information in the standing data part of Andrews web site, a key will be generated.

Cut and paste this in to the VRS server, in the red box shown here:

there is no key generated
An exception has been caught: [SqlException] Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.UserSite' with unique index 'IX_UserSite_DisplayName'. The statement has been terminated.
