(SOLVED)Listening Port and Forward to Empty Port

Hi all,

I am trying to create a feeder script to connect multiple feeders. My understanding of this is to create a listening port and then send that data to a next empty port...

My problem is what is the best way to accomplish this? I am thinking of using a proxy of some description! Has anyone managed this?
